Architecture and Design
Are you interested in the architecture and design heritage of Glasgow and the West of Scotland?
The Architecture and Design Club dates from 1999 when the University ran several seminars during Glasgow’s year as City of Architecture and Design. Now in our 25th year, are pleased to bring you a diverse and interesting programme.
Why not come and join us on the ‘second’ Thursday of the month from October to April for an interesting variety of talks covering architecture old and new, all elements of design and the visual arts including sculpture, stained glass, textile design, amongst other topics. The talks will commence at 2.00pm (the exception is the AGM which will start at 1.30pm).
At the time of printing, we have not been allocated our rooms for this session. We will notify members as soon as we hear from the 3Ls.
This information will also be posted on the notice board in the 7th floor Notice Board, Graham Hills Building and on the 3Ls website (3ls.website/clubs/architecture-and-design/).
The membership fee for 2025-26 is £12.
